Solidify

Before beginning middle school, students are meant to have a firm grasp on computing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. While these are reviewed in later grades, the review is often done quickly with an assumption that these skills were mastered in earlier years.

This Course Will Cover Concepts Such As:

  • Computation and Application of Whole Numbers

  • Computation and Application of Decimals

  • Computation and Application of Fractions

  • Computation of Geometry and Conversion of Units

Mastering these skills will better equip students to master integers and equations when introduced in 6th grade.

Recommended For:

  • Advanced Rising 5th Graders

  • Most Rising 6th Graders

  • Remedial Rising 7th Graders who need a review of these concepts

Course Length: Six Sessions, Tuesdays at 5:00pm, beginning June 3rd

Format: On-line, students will need access to a laptop or tablet or phone
